Hey y’all! I’m excited to be sharing a month’s worth of dinner ideas on todays post. I have been receiving many questions about my weekly meals on Instagram, so I wanted to round up my faves here. The majority of my dinners consist of a protein and a whole lot of vegetables as well as being grain-free! Each Sunday I plan the entire week of dinners and make a grocery list. This alleviates A LOT of anxiety throughout the week, helps ensure I eat healthy AND saves time as I only go to the store once! YAS please!
You’ll notice I typically cook 5 nights a week, go out and/or takeout once and have a pizza night on Sundays!
