Hey y’all! I’m excited to be sharing a month’s worth of dinner ideas on todays post. I have been receiving many questions about my weekly meals on Instagram, so I wanted to round up my faves here. The majority of my dinners consist of a protein and a whole lot of vegetables as well as being grain-free! Each Sunday I plan the entire week of dinners and make a grocery list. This alleviates A LOT of anxiety throughout the week, helps ensure I eat healthy AND saves time as I only go to the store once! YAS please!

You’ll notice I typically cook 5 nights a week, go out and/or takeout once and have a pizza night on Sundays!

Below I’m sharing 4 weeks worth of meal ideas. If I have a recipe for it, it will be linked! Otherwise I make it up! Leave a comment with any questions you have.

Week 1 Plan

Monday – buffalo burgers, watermelon salad, baked sweet potato fries

Tuesday – ground turkey tacos w/ almond flour tortillas

Wednesday – peach caprese and grilled chicken

Thursday – takeout

Friday – greek salad w/ salmon

Saturday – eat out

Sunday – frozen cauliflower pizza: Caulipower

Week 2 Plan

Monday – greek salad w/ chicken

Tuesday – grain-free chicken enchiladas

Wednesday – ground chicken lettuce wraps

Thursday – takeout

Friday – filets, asparagus, sweet potato

Saturday – trout, salad

Sunday – frozen cauliflower pizza crust: Caulipower

Week 3 Plan

Monday – egg roll in a bowl

Tuesday – chicken fajita bowls

Wednesday – breakfast for dinner: scrambled eggs & avocado toast

Thursday – seared ahi, asparagus and coconut cauliflower rice

Friday – takeout

Saturday – eat out

Sunday – veggies cauliflower crust pizza

Week 4 Plan

Monday – fish taco bowls

Tuesday – hard shell chicken tacos

Wednesday – avocado shrimp quinoa bowls

Thursday – texas-inspired breakfast taco

Friday – turkey meatballs and spaghetti squash

Saturday – takeout

Sunday – greek cauliflower crust pizza
