Today I’m excited to be sharing all of the wallpaper and paint details from the fixer upper home! See below for the breakdown!!
As I’ve designed more homes, I’ve really come to love wallpaper for small spaces or an accent wall. In our fixer upper home I did three fun patterns – 2 bathrooms and one wall in Ford’s nursery. Below are links to all three:
Paint can drastically transform a space and it definitely did in this home. Taking the walls from a yellow/tan to BM “Simply White” was a game changer! We not only painted the walls and ceilings but the doors, trim and case/base.
I decided to really go for it in the kitchen and paint the cabinets BM “Hale Navy”. I LOVE how it turned out! It literally took the dated 90’s kitchen and made it come to life. I also last minute decided to paint a bench in the living room this blue. It’s such a fun pop of color! (see image)
Lastly I wanted to refresh the guest bathroom vanity with a fun color. I went with BM “Chelsea Gray” and it made this room SO much more modern. All three of these colors are some of my go-to hues! I know selecting can be overwhelming, but trust me, these are gems!!
