CO2 CoolPeel Laser 🔥 day-by-day face recovery👏🏻 I’m about to be 40 and I wanted to try a resurfacing laser, however I wasn’t ready for the BIG one, and quite frankly don’t need it. This is why I decided to do the CoolPeel. It rejuvenates the skin by reducing fine lines, sun damage, texture issues, and pore size. It uses laser energy in short pulses that avoid deep thermal damage, stimulating collagen for brighter, smoother, and healthier-looking skin👏🏻

I was told there was minimal downtime BUT in my experience, I was a puff ball and definitely needed to stay home for 4 days - see video🐡😂 The vinegar soaks I started to do really helps with swelling and sloughing. I highly recommend!! Keep the skin hydrated and trust the process👌🏻 The treatment itself did not hurt (I used numbing cream). Day one felt like an intense sunburn and day two the skin was tight before sloughing started. It looked WAY worse than it felt. NO pain!

Optimal results appear over the following 3–6 months as collagen production increase. Stay tuned for what I think💁🏻‍♀️ For those of you asking about cost, It was $1,300 for the face/neck/chest. A pretty penny. Comment or DM me any other questions.

+ cut a triangle shape out of the top of the strawberry🍓
+ melt 1 cup of dark chocolate chips & 1 tablespoon of coconut oil🍫
+ dip the strawberry in the chocolate mixture and place on parchment paper
+ put in the fridge to set for 30 min

It sets your body’s circadian rhythm, regulating sleep, mood and energy!!✔️✔️✔️ That means better sleep (YES please), enhanced focus during the day and overall a better mental state. Getting just 10-20 minutes of morning sunlight does the trick! Living in a northern latitude - i.e. the mountains, winter can get long… and depressing. I started doing this two years ago, especially during this season, and it’s helped my mood immensely👏🏻 Add it to your routine and see how you feel💫
