Coming at you today with one of my favorite rooms of our fixer upper home – the LIVING ROOM! It’s neutral, cozy with a little bit of farmhouse…
Let’s first start with the finishes. We painted the walls, baseboard and window casing Benjamin Moore “simply white”. Buhhhhh bye, yellow. As I’ve said before, paint is such a game changer. It can really transform a space. This white brightened up the room immediately!
Get excited guys! Today we are discussing DOOR HARDWARE! 🙂 I wanted to share my favorite budget-friendly door hardware as well as show you a before and after of our fixer upper home transformation. It makes ALL the difference! Not to mention we re-painted the door Benjamin Moore “Simply White”.

Today I want to answer all your questions on intermittent fasting and eating. Before we get into it, let me tell you a little bit about my food/weight journey…
I struggled with my weight for years. By this I mean from about 12 until late into my 20’s. I was never extremely overweight however I was always a good 20-30 pounds heavier than I would have liked. When I went to college, I started working out A LOT and was very controlling with what I ate. I lost weight however my relationship with food and exercise was not what I would call “healthy. This continued into my 20’s.
Hey there! I’m excited to share my first before and after post of our fixer upper home. Today it’s all about the guest bathroom, which is now Ford’s bathroom. Since we are in the mountains/country, I went with my go-to farmhouse vibe.
When I first walked into this home I was a little skeptical… the wallpaper situation and paint was something else. See below for the RED I was working with in this space! Scary – huh?! First thing that I said buhhhh bye to in this room, the paisley paper. AND guess what?? We did NOT remove the wallpaper rather painted over it! Crazy – right?! Surprise, surprise, I went with Benjamin Moore “Simply White”.
Alright, mamas… here’s the post you’ve been asking for. Today I’m answering ALL of the breast/bottle feeding questions I’ve been receiving. As I mentioned in my first post about this topic (here), everyone’s journey and baby is different. Do what works for you and your little one! There is no RIGHT way. My first post covered 0 to 3 months of life and our feeding journey… then I got Covid. This is where my experience with breastfeeding changed. More about this below.
