Three moves I love to do on my vibration plate and why👯‍♀️

1. Forward fold - release lower back and hips + drain adrenals. Feet shoulder width apart and make sure not to lock your knees.

2. Seated arms up (one side) - drains thyroid, opens chest & underarm lymphs.

3. Boat pose (flex abs) - pelvic floor & stimulates abdominal lymphs. Place feet on plate if you’re working your way up to this pose.

I do these 3 moves in addition to standing for 10 minutes first. Do each on of these for 1 minute and BREATH!!😮‍💨 I try to get on my vibration plate 4-5 morning a week👯‍♀️
