2024 / my year of detox & health✨🧘🏻‍♀️🙏🏻 I decided in 2023 it was time to prioritize my health. I felt the shift coming and I’m so glad I listened to my intuition✨ What a difference a year can make!Getting my explant was one of many things I decided to do for my overall wellbeing however it was just my tipping point. I’ve been on a wellness journey for years and I knew it was time to shed things that did not align with where I’m at. My priority was to feel good and be the best version of myself. This would allow me to show up for my family, friends and all of you. There is light at the end of the tunnel✨ You just have to start by taking a step forward. This year I committed to my health and detoxing my body of toxins - i.e. mold, metals, parasites. These are the things I did: explant, hyperbaric chamber, lymphatic massage / machine, castor oil liver packs, sauna, dry brushed, rebounding, Cellcore supplements, cold plunging, high-protein diet, strength workouts, weighted walks, face taping (NO more Botox💉), LED red light mask, gua sha and making so many swaps in my daily life with non-toxic alternatives: skincare, makeup, cookware, toilet paper (yes, even TP🧻) and I could go on and on!! I did this over a span of a year. A day at a time, my friends! If you are starting on your wellness journey… you CAN do it🤍
I’m so grateful for what this beautiful yet challenging year gave me. THANK YOU, 2024🙏🏻
