$HEALTH \ 6 months post explant is looking like this🙋🏻‍♀️ It’s been such a healing journey in many ways. From my bodies obvious physical changes to finding so much peace on a deeper level🫶🏻 I’m happy to report I’m at a place where I feel WELL! I was hopeful this day would come once I decided to take my implants out and focus on my health. However I knew it would take time. The reality is we live in a modern time that is full of toxins from our food, skincare, household cleaners, clothing and so much more. My body could not handle the daily toxic burden + having implants. This is not to say you should or should not have them. But for me, it was time to say bye bye. It has been the best decision I’ve made for my overall wellness. I share this as many of you are on a similar path🫶🏻 The healing and wellness journey continues with a very positive outlook. All the big (explant) and small changes I’ve been making like: skincare, food, cleaning supplies, activewear, toilet paper, blue light blocking glasses and more, have made a HUGE difference. I know it can be overwhelming but that is the last thing I/you should want to feel on a WELLness journey. SO, let’s take it a day at a time and do the best we can! xx$

Parents, this is your sign to TAKE THE VACATION🫶🏻 You deserve it!! Since having littles, I’ve really struggled leaving them. If you feel the same way, YOU ARE NOT ALONE! I have left for a few work trips and a weekend here and there, but this was Luke and my first 5 day vacation☀️ Our 10 year anniversary trip we scheduled a few weeks ago did not work out, so we decided we would try again this last week, somewhere closer to home. It was🤌🏻🤌🏻 I left the boys with hesitation, tears and anxiety however I knew we needed it. Getting out of my own way and taking the leap of faith that everything would be ok🤍 Vacay looked a bit different for us post kiddos😜 We slept, read an actual book, worked out, laid in the sun, sat in silence lol and did ZERO work. Not going to lie, the first two days I did not know what to do with myself - it was a weird feeling when my energy is typically pulled in 1,000 directions🤪 However the time and space away has me coming home feeling relaxed and recharged✨ AND Ford and West had the best time at home with family and friends🤍

We stayed at @stanlyranchauberge and it was perfection👌🏻👌🏻 ...

9.13.14 / 10 year wedding anni👰🏻🤵🏼 Luke and I celebrated our anniversary yesterday! It’s wild that’s it’s been 10 years🤯 I remember the special weekend and day so vividly! We both are filled with so much gratitude to have two healthy children, are able to live in the mountains and have a partner we love, are connected to and get to enjoy life with🤍 What a gift✨
I never thought we’d end up living in the place where we got married. The journey thus far has been beautiful in all of the ups and downs of life. Feeling blessed I get to be in such a special place and that I can share that with my boys🫶🏻🌲 ...

$FALL \ baked apple chips🍎🍏 One of my kiddos favorite snacks especially come fall!🍂 A great item to add to a littles lunch! Simply slice up apples (I used honey crisp), place them on a baking sheet, sprinkle with cinnamon and bake for 2 hours (slowly) at 200 degrees! Pull them out of the oven and let them sit for 30 minutes - this is when they get crispy!! $SKIN \ let’s de-puff the eyes and face!🧖🏻‍♀️ I do TWO things to help drain and brighten each morning… [1] ice roll - this not only de-puffs the face but also helps drain it! I make sure to move in the direction of my lymphatic system. [2] eye patches - these target many things to help with the thin under eye area: de-puff, hydrate and brighten✨ I wear them for about an hour while I get the kiddos ready for school. SKIN \ let’s de-puff the eyes and face!🧖🏻‍♀️ I do TWO things to help drain and brighten each morning…
[1] ice roll - this not only de-puffs the face but also helps drain it! I make sure to move in the direction of my lymphatic system.
[2] eye patches - these target many things to help with the thin under eye area: de-puff, hydrate and brighten✨ I wear them for about an hour while I get the kiddos ready for school.
