$LIFE \ I’ve been feeling the shift coming and the time is here. Today I say goodbye to this 10 year chapter. I am taking a break from the Influencing world. Not sure what that actually means, how long or what the future looks like, but I have trust in God and my path🙏🏻✨ I know it’s what I need to do. Feeling ALL the feels as I step into the unknown. Time to be more PRESENT with life and make space for family, spiritual growth, connection, curiosity, self love, joy and laughter. However, I’ve found ways to feel good with daily wellness practices, making swaps to cleaner, low/non-toxic products as well as incorporating ways to detox my body. I get that going down this path is A LOT and can be extremely overwhelming. Along my journey I have gotten wellness fatigue from information overload and created anxiety that was not helpful. This is WHY I wanted to create a Low-Toxic Living Guide to support you in your journey. I wish I had something like this as a starting point. I recommend prioritizing what you want to focus on, start trying different products/practices and figure out what works for you. It will most likely look different than me, and that’s totally normal! $HEALTH \ 1 year post explant🙌🏻✨🤍 What a journey it’s been getting to this point and feeling GOOD!! It was the best decision for ME and my health. Today I feel like a completely different person physically, mentally and spiritually🙏🏻 I’m mentally clear, full of energy, have white eyes, way less inflammation, stronger, ZERO nerve pain and free of the toxic burden on my body!!🙌🏻 My commitment to my wellbeing was worth the struggle. The work only began once my implants were out. I took it a day at a time. At about 9 months I finally felt and looked normal in my skin. There are three themes that I focused on this year👇🏻👇🏻👇🏻 DETOX🙅🏻‍♀️: castor oil liver and belly button packs, sauna, cellcore supplements, lymphatic massage & machine, epsom salt baths, dry brushing, rebounding, sun on my body (natures natural detox), swapping out literally everything in my home: cookware, cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, bedding, TP and more!! STRENGTH 💪🏻: weighted vest walks, strength training workouts (barre, pilates, weights), baby steps with push ups, stretching (much needed). LIGHT☀️ : morning sunlight in my eyes, 20 min of sun on my skin (especially stomach for pom-c) with no sunscreen/sunglasses, blue light blocking glasses for day & night, minimal light bulb use in the house / swap some out for healthier options, change my phone to red light. Thankful for the support of my people, surgeon @breastimplantillnessexpert + his team and their holistic approach🙏🏻 I couldn’t be where I’m at today without them🫶🏻 Explanting is not for everyone. I had no issues for years (that I was aware of), until I did. If you are struggling with your health, it’s a good place to start and ask questions. It took me years to finally make the decision.
