This recipe is the simple daily ritual that helps clear excess estrogen. If you’ve been feeling the classic estrogen-dominance symptoms—bloating, breast tenderness, mood swings, or that stubborn PMS—this is the easiest little habit I’ve been leaning on.
Optional: a small handful of fresh dillcilantro, parsley, or mint
instructions
Clean the carrots: soak them in a bowl of water with a splash of vinegar for about 10 minutes, then scrub them well under running water. (I leave the skin on for the extra fiber and nutrients, but you can lightly peel if you prefer.)
Grate or ribbon the carrots into a small bowl. I use a peeler.
In a jar or small bowl, whisk together the apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, Dijon, raw honey, olive oil, and a pinch of sea salt until smooth and emulsified.
Pour just enough dressing over the carrots to coat (you’ll have extra—save it for tomorrow).
Toss, let it sit 5 minutes so the flavors marry, then top with a little fresh dill or whatever herb you love.
Notes
Eat it as a snack between meals or as a light appetizer before lunch or dinner.
