Everyday Makeup Steps

[1] CC Cream (color used: medium) – This by far is my favorite beauty/skincare product I’ve ever used. The coverage is legit, magical!! It is THE most evening product, leaving your skin looking filter-like, and has a high SPF to protect your face. You really can’t go wrong with this gem of a cc cream. I put about a pea size in the palm of my hand and apply with my finger tips. A little goes a long way! You will need to wash your hands after application.

[2] Foundation (color used: 5.5) – If you want to go the extra step and achieve flawless skin, add a layer of this foundation over the cc cream. I love this product because of it’s light texture and dewy finish. I put two pump on the top of my hand and use a damp beauty blender to tap into my skin. I avoid my under eyes as I’m going to put my concealer on next.

[3] Concealer – (color used: light medium sand) I have many concealers I like but by far this is my favorite dewy option. I apply under my eyes in a triangle, on my forehead, down my nose, above my upper lip and on my chin. I again use my beauty blender to apply into skin. Remember ladies, your concealer color should be lighter than the foundation you are using. The goal is to brighten and highlight these areas of your face.

[4] Bronzer (color used: natural bronze) – In this tutorial I’m using an oldie but goodie. Benefit’s Hoola Matte Bronzer is amazing! I prefer using a matte option when contouring – it’s more natural looking. I take my brush and apply under the cheek bones, along the hair line and across the jaw line. [5] Blush (color used: orgasm) – I legit, have been wearing this blush for 10+ years. It’s a great all-season option as it is the perfect pink hue with a hint of shimmer. This blush gives your cheeks just the right amount of color! I always put on using a makeup brush and apply right on the apples of my cheeks – no more.

[6] Mascara (color used: black) – my eyes unfortunately are very sensitive. This is why I use Almay. I LOVE the brush as it makes my lashes look separated and NOT clumpy. I’m all about the more natural look and this wand does the trick!

[7] Lip Gloss (color used: Claire) – Buxom lip gloss is a ride or die for me. I love the texture, not too sticky and not too shinny, just right! Every time I wear it, I get asked about my lips. It’s a fan favorite!! My go to colors are: Claire, Dolly, Sophia and Sugar. Trust me babes, your lips need this gloss!

    • Hi Wendy! I don’t usually put anything on my lids. If you want some coverage, I recommend using your concealer on the lids. xo
