I’ve been so excited to share this year’s tree. We’re leaning into a Ralph Lauren country Christmas — rich, timeless, and a little equestrian. Deep greens, burgundy, tartan, brass, velvet, and that cozy lodge feeling that feels right at home in the mountains.
The foundation is still my 9-foot pre-lit tree from Mcgee & Co. This is year three with her and she’s holding up beautifully. The branches are full and realistic, the shape is classic, and the warm white lights have been a favorite every single season. You can keep them on a steady glow or switch to the twinkle setting — the twinkle is pure magic once the sun goes down. Some holiday pieces are worth the investment, and this tree is one of them. It’s one of those things you buy once and keep for years.
For the ornaments, I wanted the collected, elevated look of a classic country tree without the designer price tag. I found the majority of them on Amazon — pieces that feel like Ralph Lauren (think tartan, brass, velvet, and vintage-inspired shapes) but are much easier on the budget. I’ll be highlighting the exact ones throughout the photos and you can shop them below.
I kept it simple and intentional so it still feels like our home, just with a little more country Christmas polish this year.
