Hi guys! Today I’m sharing one of my newly designed outdoor spaces and I’m pretty sure it’s my favorite thus far! Y’all know I love a cozy situation so these two hanging egg chairs were perfect for this patio. It’s also a major bonus that they are right outside my bedroom! I have had my eye on numerous egg chair options for the past year in the hopes to replace an existing old porch swing. Finally a few months ago, I pulled the trigger! They arrived just a few weeks ago and I had them hung immediately. AND no, Luke did not do it LOL… he’s not the handiest of men.

Come to find, it’s really hard to get your hands on healthy options at the grocery store that aren’t filled with SUGAR and other terrible ingredients. SO I thought… why not make my own version?

It’s been about 4 weeks as I finally sit down to write West’s birth story. I’m here to share a festive summer eat! A charcuterie board is my favorite thing to whip together when I have people over as well as for the fam. We love them so much, I often make them for dinner.
Today’s beauty has a 4th of July flare with all the food being red, white or blue. I went to the store with the theme in mind and found SO many fun options: strawberries, blueberries, cheeses, meats, cookies and more! After I was done creating my 4th charcuterie, I added fun star decor on top for an extra festive touch. I found them on Amazon so y’all can get them in time for the holiday!
Summer is here and I’m on a major smoothie kick!! I love making recipes up and today I’m posting one of my new favorites. This healthy smoothie is great because it also supports woman during their postpartum period, with specific protein, vitamin d drops, healthy fats and oat milk. I’m currently 4 weeks PP and I crave this drink! It gives me SO much energy and helps maintain my milk supply while breastfeeding.
If you didn’t just have a baby, don’t worry, it’s still really good for you! I suggest swapping out the Ritual Essential Protein – Pregnancy & Postnatal for the Vanilla Coconut Collagen from Primal Kitchen. It has no dairy, whey or soy, zero sugar and has 10g of protein per serving! This is the perfect addition to any smoothie.
This post has been a long time coming. I share frequently on my Instagram stories about supplements I take. I wanted to break it down for y’all here on SBKliving.com! I’m sharing what I did during pregnancy and postpartum. Essentially this has been my routine the past 2+ years and currently as I’ve had two babies back-to-back. Below I’m listing each supplement and why I take it.
When do I take them? The majority of these supplements I put into one drink in the morning: Athletic Greens, iodine, vitamin d drops, pumpkin seed oil, beta glucan and ground up placenta (postpartum). I mix it all together and gulp it down! My multivitamin and omega plus pills I typically take when I eat my first meal. Lastly I have magnesium at night before going to bed.
