💡The swap my nervous system thanked me for💡I finally ditched the standard LED bulbs and switched to full-spectrum lighting… and my body is still thanking me🙌🏻 I’ve replaced all my lamps and light fixtures over the last few months.
If you’ve been feeling wired at night, anxious for no reason, struggling to wind down, or just “off,” your lighting might be the hidden culprit.
