$HEALTH \ one week post explant✔️✔️ when I started SBK (Styled by Kasey) 9 years ago I never thought I would be sharing THIS. It all began with outfit pics and quickly turned into everything home as I styled rooms, built my modern farmhouse and remodeled houses. Now this space has evolved into content around healthy living including my favorite nourishing recipes for the entire family, tips on taking care of the mind & body and non-toxic recommendations to live a cleaner life. I’m mind blown when I reflect on the journey🤯 It’s ever changing as I go through different phases of life and stay curious. Grateful for the opportunity to learn, grow and share everything along the way with y’all. So here I am. Implant free. I know it may sound superficial however this explant step represents moving to the next chapter in my life. Health is my priority and the way I look / perfection is not. I think about my younger self and it makes me sad. I was the girl that obsessed about the way I looked and always felt uncomfortable in my skin. I honor her. I feel the emotions and move through it. At 38, I acknowledge how far I’ve come and I’m proud of myself. I am more clear and aligned with my true spirit🙏🏻 The physical healing has just begun from this surgery but my mental health journey started years ago. Taking the time to FEEL everything, UN-pack emotions and UN-learn so many things I thought I was “supposed” to do/be. Once I decided to show up and invest in myself, everything changed✨ Thank you to my amazing surgeon @breastimplantillnessexpert and his incredibly attentive team. The holistic approach is the support one could only dream about. From PRE surgery informative calls, testing (toxins, GI, food sensitivity and hormones) and anti inflammatory supplements to POST explant healing using HBOT, lymphatic balancer, massage and a detox program. I feel a weight has been lifted off of my chest - literally and mentally. The inflammation left my body immediately (I can see it in my face) and my eyes have never been so bright/white. I think about my younger self and it makes me sad. I was the girl that obsessed about the way I looked and always felt uncomfortable in my skin. I honor her. I feel the emotions and move through it. At 38, I acknowledge how far I’ve come and I’m proud of myself. I am more clear and aligned with my true spirit🙏🏻 The physical healing has just begun from this surgery but my mental health journey started years ago. Taking the time to FEEL everything, UN-pack emotions and UN-learn so many things I thought I was “supposed” to do/be. Once I decided to show up and invest in myself, everything changed✨

Thank you to my amazing surgeon @breastimplantillnessexpert and his incredibly attentive team. The holistic approach is the support one could only dream about. From PRE surgery informative calls, testing (toxins, GI, food sensitivity and hormones) and anti inflammatory supplements to POST explant healing using HBOT, lymphatic balancer, massage and a detox program. I feel a weight has been lifted off of my chest - literally and mentally. The inflammation left my body immediately (I can see it in my face) and my eyes have never been so bright/white. My body will now have the opportunity to function at 100% for the first time in 14 years🙏🏻
