Baked Grass-Fed Beef Meatballs {GF}

25 04

Y’all ready for THE easiest meatball you’ve ever made in your life?! These babies are my healthier version using high quality grass-fed beef, almond flour, spices and a few eggs to bind everything together. No bread crumbs/panko, so they are gluten free.

I love to make these on Sunday when I do my weekly food prep. They are a great grab and go protein snack or pop them on any salad/bowl for lunch and/or dinner.

See below for a list of ingredients and steps to make. Enjoy!

Ingredients

2 pounds grass-fed ground beef

1/3 cup almond flour

2 eggs

1 1/2 teaspoon sea salt

1 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

3/4 teaspoon garlic powder

3/4 teaspoon dried basil

3/4 teaspoon black pepper

Steps

{makes 20 balls}

1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.

2. Whisk together two eggs.

3. In a small bowl mix together all of the spices: sea salt, onion powder, garlic powder, dried basil and pepper.

4. Take a large bowl and mix beef, eggs and almond flour with your hands.

5. Pour the spices into the beef bowl and mix well using your hands.

6. Roll meat mixture into golf ball size meatballs and place on a large baking sheet. Repeat. Makes around 20 balls.

7. Bake in the oven for 25 minutes.

8. Let them cool and enjoy!

*Store in an airtight container in the fridge. Lasts one week.
