Needless to say if you’ve been watching the news or on any type of social media, you have heard about the massive BLIZZARD!  If you’re going to be in a winter wonderland, why not look cute?!  Well, that’s what I would do 🙂  One of my most favorite winter wardrobe essentials is a vest!  It is THE perfect layering piece for those cold weather days.  Above I shot this beauty in the snowy mountain town of Sun Valley, Idaho.  You’ll notice a blonde lil’ beauty in the photos, and if you saw my ‘Off Duty‘ post from last week, you’ll know she’s my bestie that came to play with me in the snow! 🙂  We had SO much fun shooting with the amazing photographer, Hallie Kathryn.  Check her out here!

Now for my outfit breakdown… I paired my vest with black FRAME denim (I’m obsessed!), a nude top, booties and topped it off with a knit beanie.  The vest itself is beyond amazing, so I wanted to keep my outfit simple 😉
