My favorite winter shoe by far is a great pair of BOOTS and specifically OTK (over-the-knee) beauties!  The only issue with these boots are they can sometimes be SO expensive!!  Well ladies, have I found some DEAL options for you!  All of the below OTK boots are under $100.  Woohooo!
