Hey oh! I know this is a V exciting topic for many! LOL Bust seriously, it is one of my most asked questions… where do I get my pillow inserts? On today’s post I’m going to answer that AND give ya some tips.

I’m all about a karate chopped pillow… like, I’m a professional! 😉 It’s SO important to purchase inserts that are moldable. I prefer down as they hold shape better.

Let’s talk about sizing. My number one tip when it comes to pillow inserts is, SIZE UP! The more filled out the cover, the better! Each brand is different so you can never go wrong with buying one size up. That means if I am wanting a Euro sham insert (typically 26″x26″), I go with the 28″x28″ option. Make sense? My all time favorite insert for shams is from this site. They hold the best shape AND are a great price!

If you’re looking for an overall budget option, in all different sizes, I love these. Great amazon find! The majority of my 18″x18″ and 20″x20″ pillows have these inserts in them.
