Hi y’all!
These creamy, dreamy orange creamsicle popsicles are pure summer nostalgia in a healthier package. With just four simple ingredients, they’re the perfect low-tox treat to make with your kiddos. The beautiful layered look gives them that classic creamsicle swirl—Ford and West love helping create the pretty marbled effect!
I love knowing exactly what’s in them—no artificial colors, dyes, or mystery ingredients. Just bright navel oranges, raw honey, vanilla, and creamy whole milk Greek yogurt. They’re naturally gluten-free and packed with protein and vitamin C. Progress over perfection, right? Let’s make a batch! ✨
(makes 12 popsicles)
4 navel oranges (peeled)
2 tablespoons raw honey (divided)
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 cup whole milk Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

1. Prep the oranges: Peel the 4 navel oranges, removing as much of the white pith as you’d like (a little adds fiber and blends smoothly). Break them into segments for easier blending.
2. Make the orange layer: Add the peeled orange segments, 1 tablespoon raw honey, and vanilla extract to a high-speed blender. Blend until silky smooth and creamy.
3. Make the yogurt layer: In a small bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt and the remaining 1 tablespoon raw honey until well combined and smooth.
4. Assemble in molds: Pour the orange mixture into your popsicle molds until they’re about 2/3 full. Add spoonfuls of the yogurt-honey mixture on top. Use a knife or thin skewer to gently push and swirl the yogurt mixture down into the orange layer for that pretty creamsicle swirl.
Freeze: Insert the sticks (or tops) and freeze for at least 6 hours, or until completely solid. Overnight works best for busy moms!
Serve: To remove the pops, run the molds under warm water for a few seconds and gently tug the sticks. Enjoy immediately!
Pro Tip: Tap the filled molds gently on the counter to release any air bubbles before freezing. For extra fun, try adding a few thin orange slices along the side of the molds before pouring.
These pops are a fantastic low-tox swap for store-bought versions. Blending the whole oranges brings natural brightness, vitamin C, and fiber, while the Greek yogurt adds satisfying protein. Raw honey offers gentle sweetness, and the simple layering technique creates that nostalgic creamsicle look and taste.
Perfect for hot summer days, post-hike snacks, or a special treat after family walks. They store beautifully in the freezer for up to 2 weeks (if they last that long!).
Dairy-free? Swap the Greek yogurt for full-fat coconut yogurt.
Extra nutrition: Add a scoop of collagen peptides to the orange blend for a wellness boost.
Kid-friendly fun: Blend a handful of fresh or frozen berries into the orange mixture for a creamsicle-berry twist.
