Who’s ready for a holiday drink?! If you’re looking for something delicious and festive, you are going to want to try my holiday mimosas. These would be great to make on Christmas or for a holiday party.
It’s all about the fancy cube AND they’re super easy to make. I simply place a sprig of rosemary, fresh cranberries and a half slice of dried orange (you can use fresh as well) in an ice tray. I then pour over 100% cranberry juice. Pop it in the fridge overnight!
Place your fancy holiday cube in a coupe glass and pour over your favorite champagne. The cranberry and bubbly combo creates a beautiful color as well festive flavor!
Add a pretty touch by taking a ribbon and tying a bow around the glass stem. Cheers!
Below I’ve linked all of the items I used for this recipe including the ice mold from Amazon – only. $16.
8 sprigs of fresh rosemary
1 1/2 cups of fresh cranberries
4 slices of dried oranges (you can use fresh)
32 oz of 100% cranberry juice
1-2 bottles of champagne
1. Place the following into each mold: 1 sprig of fresh rosemary, fresh cranberries to the top and 1/2 dried orange slice.
2. Pour over cranberries juice until each mold is filled to the brim. I use a glass measuring cup to do this.
3. Put the tray into the freezer to set overnight.
4. When you are ready to serve, take the ice cubes out of the mold and place into coupe glassware. I use these.
5. Pour champagne of choice into glass over the fancy cube. Enjoy!
