Buckled Up Boyfriend Shorts

Festival vibes ALL the way with this lil’ number.  Whether you’re hitting up Coachella or heading to a warm-weather destination this spring, boyfriend shorts paired with a body suit and a belted beauty is a MUST!  Keepin’ it classic never looked so good.

I found my shorts at one of my fave retailers, Nasty Gal.  If you’ve never heard of them and are all about boho vibes, you NEED to check ’em out!  They have a lot of basic pieces but also fun dresses and accessories at great price-points.  Gotta love that!  Ok, back to my look… I paired my classic Levi’s and black body suit with Forever 21 wedges ($34.90!!), gold statement earrings, a quilted circle bag, a western-inspired belt AND my go-to leather jacket.  Bing, bang, BOOM!

I finished off the look with a fun hairDO.  Half-up top knots are ALL the rage right now and super easy!  Here’s how: gather about 1/3 of your hair and secure with a tie – it should look like a mini half-up ponytail, twist gathered hair (mini pony) into a bun on top of your head, pin the bun with bobby pins so the hair stays in place, curl the remaining locks (hair not in the bun), spray the DO so it stays in place.  Viola, you’re ALL set!
