As of Sunday evening we all know who will be in Super Bowl 52 – the Eagles vs. the Patriots (surprise, surprise). Regardless if your team made it to THE big game, why not have a Super Bowl Bash to celebrate the end of the season?! If you’ve followed me for awhile you know I LOVE football and I’m probably the biggest Kansas City Chiefs fan in all of the land 🙂 AND y’all can better believe my alter ego JANET, is a super fan!! 😉 If you haven’t seen Janet in action, you should probably check out my Insta Story! She’s a country gem. My boys didn’t make it happen this year BUT that’s ok (I guess 😉 ), I’m going to enjoy the game with friends, shove my face with nom nom food and sip on a refreshing drink!
This week on the blog, it’s ALL about everything Super Bowl – entertaining, decor, food and of course, fashion! Below take a look at all of my festive football decorations. As I’ve mentioned in the past, holidays and party decoration can get cheesy fast. It’s important to find items that look and “feel” like they go with your everyday home decor – i.e. the BURLAP football banner is the perfect fit for my rustic-chic bar cart. Trust me, I’ve search high and low for all of the cutest FOOTBALL party goodies and it wasn’t easy! When planning my party I kept it team neutral – going with more of a referee theme, black and white. Remember you don’t need to go overboard to create a festive space. I used items I already had in my house: bowls, felt sign, cheers figurine, straws and styled them with a few of my football items: banner, toothpicks, cocktail napkins, snack referee holders and lastly, fresh white blooms.
Coming up later this week – healthy paleo chili recipe, my Super Bowl outfit (pictured here) and all of my favorite football fashions!
