You guys… I can NOT believe Ford is ONE!! We celebrated his big day at home, with a few family members. Since I knew we couldn’t go do anything in this Covid world, I wanted to make it festive at home. I went with a ONE black and white theme. Keeping it easy, cute and very “on brand”! LOL

I am not one that believes in throwing your children extravagant birthday parties. Especially when they can’t even remember! haha I do however love a THEME, so I wanted to create something that was easy and fun! My goal was to put together a festive environment to celebrate our sweet boy and let him eat CAKE!! 🙂 AND that’s exactly what we did…

I took over a small area in our living room to set up his high-chair, decorations, gifts and of course THE cake! It was made by a local bakery – Hank & Sylvie’s.

My favorite decor item, was the balloon garland. I was a bit intimidated by it at first however it was SO easy to put together. AND thankfully I had Luke’s lungs to blow them up!! 🙂 The balloons really elevated the party decor – only $20!!
