Hey there, y’all! Last month I hosted a girly baby shower brunch and today I’m sharing the deets. Most of the decor I used is from Amazon or Etsy – a lot of great finds!
I kept the decor simple, pretty and added pops of pink as the mama-to-be is having a girl. Since it was a smaller party, I decided to do a sit down brunch in my dining room. Rather than sprinkling decor throughout the house, I kept the decorations to this room. It made it feel more special and looked beautiful.
I first had a local flower shop, Hank & Sylvie’s, put together the most beautiful flower arrangements for the centerpiece of the table and buffet. Ya ya, I wish I could whip these up! I then created a simple place setting with a wicker charger, neutral plate, feather decor, a pink napkin, gold flatware and fun glasses.
I went the extra mile with the mini milk jars and DIY-ed a fun sparkly rim. This is very easy to do! All you need is a bit of honey to first dip the end of the glass in and whatever color sprinkles you prefer. Again, since she is having a girl, I went with pink! I have a how-to video here!
Lastly I wanted to decorate the buffet with something festive. I did this with a balloon garland. Don’t be intimidated guys, these are SO easy to put together. I have a tutorial on my TikTok here. I love the vendor I get my balloons from on Etsy. They literally come in every color.
