Hiya, guys!! Are you ready for THE easiest popsicle recipe? Since being pregnant the second time around, I have been on a popsicle kick! I legit ate them every single day. Come to find, it’s really hard to get your hands on healthy options at the grocery store that aren’t filled with SUGAR and other terrible ingredients. SO I thought… why not make my own version?

Today I’m sharing my first popsicle recipe for a delicious strawberry vanilla combo. It only has FOUR ingredients using natural sugars from fruit and honey. I found a cayuuuuute popsicle mold on Amazon that works wonderfully – linked here!

Below is the list of ingredients I used to make them and the steps. Again, SO easy! Ford and the entire family loves them. They are perfect for a warm summer day! I plan to create a few more popsicle recipes this next month… stay tuned!


Ingredients

3 cups fresh strawberries

1 13.5 oz can coconut milk (full fat)

1/4 cup honey

1 teaspoon vanilla extract


Steps

1. mix all four ingredients together in a blender.

2. use a funnel to pour popsicle mixture evenly into the mold. Fill to the rim.

3. place cover on top.

4. put a stick into each mold.

5. place in the freezer until frozen. Around 4 hours.
