High-Protein, Gut-Friendly Oatmeal Bowl with Clean Collagen & Berries – Ready in 5 Minutes

05 04

My go-to low-tox breakfast that keeps me full, steady, and glowing all morning

This bowl is one of those simple recipe that feels like a warm hug for your body. It’s packed with clean protein, gut-loving fiber, and skin-supporting collagen—all in under 5 minutes. No stove required, no fuss, just intentional ingredients that actually nourish.

Why this bowl is healthy (and why I make it on repeat)

One Degree gluten-free, glyphosate-free oats: Slow-burning carbs that won’t spike blood sugar. They’re certified clean, so you skip the toxins that hide in conventional oats.

Paleo Valley Bone Broth Protein + Carnivore Aurelius Collagen: One scoop of each deliver serious protein (gut repair, joint support, hair/skin/nails) without any dairy or fillers. It’s like giving your body a collagen-rich bone broth in oatmeal form.

Fresh berries (strawberries + blueberries): Antioxidants and extra fiber to support immunity and keep things moving.

Flaxseed + cinnamon: Omega-3s for hormone balance and anti-inflammatory magic. Cinnamon helps stabilize blood sugar so you stay satisfied longer.

Together it’s high-protein, high-fiber, low-tox fuel that feels as good as it looks—exactly what busy moms need to start the day right.

Ingredients

½ cup gluten-free, glyphosate-free oats – One Degree

1 scoop (1/4 cup) Bone Broth Protein (unflavored or vanilla) – Paleo Valley

1 scoop (1/4 cup) Collagen – Carnivore Aurelius (Code: Kasey15)

½ cup fresh berries (I love strawberries + blueberries)

½-1 Tbsp ground flaxseed

Pinch of cinnamon (or more— I’m generous)

Boiling water (about ¾–1 cup, depending how thick you like it)

Instructions

1. In your favorite bowl, mix the oats, bone broth protein and collagen.

2. Pour boiling water over the dry mix until it’s just covered (I like it creamy, so I add a splash more).

3. Stir once, cover with a small plate or lid, and let it sit 3–4 minutes. The oats soften perfectly—no cooking needed.

4. Top with berries and sprinkle of cinnamon and flaxseed.

Optional: drizzle your favorite raw honey if you want a touch of sweetness.

That’s it. Breakfast is served.

I usually prep the dry mix in jars ahead of time so mornings are even smoother. The kids love it too (just skip or reduce the protein scoops for little ones and add a touch of honey).

Save this one, make it tomorrow, and tag me @sbkliving so I can see your bowl!
