Happy almost Halloweenie, boos! Muhahahaha! The time has come to share this year’s costume… BUT first, if you missed past year’s, check them out here: Deer, Skulltress, Pink Unicorn, Butterfly.

As most of you know, I’m 8 and half months pregnant, so incorporating my bump into my costume was A-must! It took me a while to figure out what to be, looking on Pinterest for inspo and polling you guys on Instagram stories. A few months ago, I finally decided on a FORTUNE TELLER!! The crystal ball being perfect for my baby bump! Now it was time to put the custom together. Many of the versions out there were kinda dark and creepy. I went the other direction with a light and bright look, selecting everything white and gold.

I pieced the clothing together around my belly wearing a simple white tank, maxi skirt, gold shawl and cropped white tie top. I already had a few of these items in my closet, so it worked out well! Remember, you don’t need to spend a lot of money on a costume. Get creative!

Next I found some fun gold glitter and pearl beads to create my enchanting makeup! This was my first attempt at my face, and I think it turned out great! Spending a bit more time on the makeup and finishing off the look with a white wig and gold turban, really took this costume to THE next level. I was pleasantly surprised at how much I liked the wig, being that it was under $20!!

Lastly I added in all of the gold jewels. I wore large hoops, a bunch of rings and found a coin statement necklace from Forever 21.
