This is one of my go-to healthy shakes when I want something refreshing, hormone-supportive, and satisfying without any junk. Packed with clean collagen & protein, antioxidants from the berries, and flax for gentle hormone support — perfect for busy mornings/afternoons or a post-workout reset.
(serves: 1 large smoothie)
2 cups frozen strawberries
2 scoops collagen, Carnivore Aurelius
1 scoopvanilla protein powder, Paleo Valley
1 tablespoon ground flaxseed (great for female hormone health & fiber)
1 cup coconut milk, Califia Farms (or your favorite clean milk)
Optional add-ins I love:
A handful of ice for extra thickness
½ frozen banana for more creaminess
A pinch of sea salt or cinnamon
1. Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender.
2. Blend on high until smooth and creamy (about 45–60 seconds).
3. Pour into your favorite glass and enjoy immediately!
