Happy Friday, boos! I can’t believe we’ve been in our home for an entire YEAR!! It was a big leap to move from LA to Sun Valley, ID, but Luke and I couldn’t be happier about our decision. We were in need of a slower pace of life, wide open spaces and fresh air. Check, check, check… we hit the jackpot!! With a babe on the way, we feel very lucky to be able to live in such a beautiful mountain town.
In honor of our home-anniversary, I wanted to put together an updated VIDEO home tour of our modern farmhouse. I start on the front porch and walk you through the house, room by room. Hi. I have loved this home since the first day I saw it pinned! Would you mind sharing how many bedrooms are in the home? Is there an upstairs area? What would you have done differently if you rebuilt this same home? Thanks!
Hi Stacy! There are 4 bedrooms + and office, all single level. The overall design turned out fabulous. No major changes however I would have selected a few different finishes and used a bit more colorful paint.
Would love to know about your blinds in your kitchen, please link source and how do u like the darker color? And did you paint your window trim dark yourself? Would love info on how you did it. Beautiful house.
Hi Joy! We had all of the blinds in the modern farmhouse custom made by a local shop, Fox Creek Interiors. We had our painter paint the inside trim of the windows black.
