Hey Hey! It’s time for THE easiest appetizer that is gorgeous AND healthy! This Loaded Greek Hummus Dip has always been a crowd pleaser and the perfect app to take to a BBQ this summer. I opted to use Mary’s crackers making this dish gluten-free.
Rather than setting it up on a board, I prefer to use a shallow bowl. This makes it easier to transport and scoop the dip without the ingredients going everywhere. I have found all of my wood bowls on Amazon – linked here.
See below for the list of ingredients and how to put the appetizer together. Enjoy!
2 cups of hummus
1 cucumber sliced
1 package of gf crackers – I use Mary’s
1 cup of cherry tomatoes halved
1/4 cup pitted olives chopped
1/2 cup feta crumbles
1-2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon parsley chopped
1 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon paprika
sea salt
pepper
1. Take a large shallow bowl or board and smear the hummus in the middle.
2. Place cucumbers sliced on one side and crackers on the other.
3. Put halved cherry tomatoes down the middle of the hummus.
4. Sprinkle chopped olives on top of the tomatoes followed by the crumbled feta cheese, drizzled olive oil and spices: oregano, paprika, sea salt and pepper.
Enjoy!
