Blueberry Vanilla Protein Smoothie

Hi hi! Spring is on it’s way and one of my favorite lunches in warm weather is, a smoothie! Today I’m sharing my blueberry vanilla recipe packed with antioxidants and SO much protein – 30 grams! I achieve this by using my new favorite protein powder, chia seeds, hemp seeds, almond butter and oat milk.

If you’re like me and eating more protein these days, this smoothie is the perfect meal to add into your rotation. My kiddos love it too 🙂

Ingredients

1 cup Ice
1 cup frozen blueberries
2/3 cup oat malk (4.5g)
1 scoop vanilla protein (14g) – I use this brand: paleovalley
1 tablespoon chia seeds (3g)
1 tablespoon hemp seeds (3.5g)
1 tablespoon almond butter (3.5g)
1 cup spinach


Steps

1. Place everything into a blender and mix on hight for about 1 minute.

2. Pour into your favorite glass and enjoy!
