Yogurt Ranch Dressing

13 12

It’s here, it’s here! I’ve been working on a healthier option to the classic ranch dressing and I’m so excited to share with y’all. Many recipes use buttermilk, mayo and sour cream. I’ve opted for a more nourishing option with whole milk greek yogurt being the main ingredient!

I love to use this on salads, chicken and as a dip for veggies. Think ranch dressing meets tzatziki! This has become Luke’s (my hubs) favorite dressing I make and I’m sure you guys will love it too.

See below for a list of ingredients and steps to make. Enjoy!

TIP: whip it up at the beginning of the week and store it in a glass mason jar in the fridge.

Ingredients

1 cup plain whole milk greek yogurt –  I use this brand

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 tablespoons lemon juice

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon dried dill

1/2 teaspoon dried parsley

1/2 teaspoon dried chives

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 teaspoon sea salt

Steps

1 Place all ingredients into a large bowl and whisk together until smooth.

*store in refrigerator up to one week.
