Power Oatmeal Bowl

02 10

It’s time for another healthy recipe! This oatmeal bowl is something I’ve been eating for years, especially after I gave birth. It’s packed with fiber, healthy fats and protein. Gimme all the seeds!! Also note it is gluten free if you want to specifically purchase gf oats.

If you’re looking for a breakfast that is going to give you energy and fill you up, this is it. It’s a weekly staple in my diet and I’m sure y’all will love it too.

My last recipe post was my everyday smoothie which also included many of the same seeds. Why?? Because they’re SO good for you. Once you’ve bought them all: flax, chai, hemp and bee pollen, they will last a long time! I keep mine in airtight glass jars with cute farmhouse labels. So easy to scoop and go!

See below for a list of ingredients and steps on how make. Enjoy!

Ingredients

1/2 cup organic oatmeal (gf if you want)

1/2 Tablespoon ground flaxseed

1/2 Tablespoon hemp seeds

1/2 Tablespoon chai seeds (ground if you prefer)

1 teaspoon bee pollen

1 Tablespoon almond butter (sub other nut butter if you prefer)

1/2 cup sliced strawberries (sub other fruit if you prefer)
