Hi hi! Today I’m sharing my FAVORITE smoothie I literally make every single day; usually after I workout in the morning. I am trying to eat more protein and this is a great meal/snack to add in during the day! The smoothie is packed FULL of nutrition with healthy fats, protein, greens and seeds. Stock up on the all of the seeds and it will take about 2 minutes to make! I put all of my dried ingredients into labeled airtight glass jars – these ones from Amazon. Open them up and scoop your goods right into your blender. See below for a pic of my setup.

NOT all almond butters and oat milks are created equal!
Look at the ingredient list when selecting products!!  Make sure your almond butter is made with ONLY almonds, no palm oil or sugar. AND  Check that your oat milk has no preservatives or other additives you can’t pronounce. The brands I like have 3 ingredients: water, oats and salt. It can be VERY shocking once you start to pay attention. There’s so much crap added to our food.
1 cup of ice
1/2 frozen banana
2 handfuls of spinach
1 scoop of chocolate plant based protein – Four Sigmatic
1 teaspoon ground flaxseeds – Thrive
1 teaspoon ground chia seeds – Thrive
1 teaspoon hemp seeds – Navitas
1 teaspoon bee pollen – Beekeeper’s Naturals
1 Tablespoon cocoa nibs – Navitas
1 Tablespoon almond butter – Thrive
1 cup of unsweetened oat milk – Elmhurst
1. Place all ingredients into blender.
2. Blend on hight until smoothie is creamy. If the smoothie gets stuck, add a bit more oat milk.
