Summer Peach Greek Yogurt Bark

27 06

It’s summer so anything PEACH, I’m here for! Since my first Greek Yogurt Bark recipe was such a hit, I wanted to create a summer version. The entire family is obsessed! This makes for a great addition to breakfast or a healthy snack.

Loving the tart taste of the plain yogurt paired with the sweetness of the peach/honey and creamy nut butter. It’s chef’s kiss! I Add seeds where I can and hemp felt right. Y’all are going to love this option.

Feel free to sub the cashew butter for a nut butter of choice. See below for a list of ingredients and steps to make.

Ingredients

2 cups plain whole milk greek yogurt – I use this brand

1-2 peaches chopped

1 Tablespoon hemp seeds

2 Tablespoons cashew butter – make sure it’s creamy/oily.

1 Tablespoon honey

Steps

1. Place parchment paper on a sheet pan or large plate/platter.

2. Pour yogurt onto the parchment paper. Use a spatula even it out. About 1/8″ thickness.

3. Place chopped peaches on top followed by sprinkled hemp seeds.

4. Drizzle with cashew butter and honey. I use a spoon to do this.

5. Put into the freezer for about 3 hours.

6. Remove from the freezer and break it into bark.

7. Place it in an airtight container and store in freezer.
